On Wednesday, May 5 at 7 pm, William Floyd High School will be presenting a parent webinar focused on children’s mental health and well-being. This special presentation, “Supporting Your Child’s Social-Emotional Health During Uncertain Times,” will focus on supporting the mental health and well-being of students. 

There will be presentations by members of the William Floyd High School mental health staff and a representative from the Family Service League’s William Floyd Family Center to discuss important topics such as the warning signs of anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Speakers will also discuss mental health resources available in school and the community. It will be an evening of sharing resources, information and preventative services to assist families in helping to improve the mental health, wellness and quality of life of their children.
