The William Floyd School District is still enrolled in the United States Department of Agriculture's Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) free school meal program, a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in economically-disadvantaged communities. Participating districts, like William Floyd, are able to provide one free breakfast and one free lunch each day of the school year at no cost to all students regardless of family income level. CEP is federally subsidized by the USDA. This is not part of the pandemic-era free meal program that is coming to an end, as reported on the news. The William Floyd School District has been enrolled in CEP since the 2019-2020 school year.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to fill out the household income form to ensure continued eligibility (online and printable) - information is detailed below.

The William Floyd School District’s school meal online application system is open! Parents or guardians: Please take a few minutes to fill out this form as this is what is used to determine the district’s continued eligibility for the USDA’s Community Eligibility Provision free school meal program.

While the district is still able to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students at this time, it is imperative that parents or guardians fill out this application in order for the district to continue to qualify for and offer this benefit.

In addition to providing free school meals, the completion of this form helps to determine whether the district qualifies for additional federal and state grant funding opportunities. Please click here to submit your application today!
