Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 4 at 6 pm, as fifth-grade student-musicians from across the William Floyd School District will have the amazing opportunity to perform with Mark Wood, an Emmy-winning composer and former star of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra!
Mr. Wood, who performed at WFSD with middle school and high school students last year at the Night of 1,000 Strings, is bringing his Electrify Your Symphony educational program back to the district and will collaborate with fifth-grade performers!
The concert is free of charge and will take place in the William Floyd High School auditorium. Please enjoy this video below and we hope to see you there!
Additionally, there will be on-site registration for WFSD Summer Music Camps on Wednesday, June 4 between 5 pm and 7 pm. There will be a table set up where parents/guardians can register their children in person. Cash, money order or check will be accepted. Click here for details!
