School Calendar
The 2025-26 school district calendar is available in digital format! Residents will be receiving a printed version in their mailboxes in the near future. Please be sure to bookmark this link for digital access!

Schedules
Schedules K-8 will be available on the Parent Portal at the close of business on Monday, August 25; grades 9-12 will be available at the close of business on Thursday, August 28. Parents/guardians are encouraged to use these remaining days to verify that their username and password are working in order to view their child’s schedule when released. Students should also verify that their student portal usernames and passwords are working if they would like to see their schedules when released. Click here to access the Parent Portal. School Meals
Students in the William Floyd School District will continue to enjoy free breakfast and lunch during the upcoming 2025-26 school year. The district’s food services program has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program, a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in economically-disadvantaged communities. Participating districts provide one free breakfast and one free lunch each day of the school year at no cost to all students regardless of family income level. CEP is federally subsidized by the USDA. New York State has also implemented a free school meal program for all students beginning in the 2025-26 school year.

• Parents planning to drop off and pick up students should follow standard procedures.
