The Suffolk County Police Department is hosting "National Night Out" on Tuesday, August 4, from 5 pm to 8 pm on the grounds of William Floyd High School (west side behind Nathaniel Woodhull Elementary School where graduation takes place).
National Night Out is a nationwide initiative to fight crime by hosting community-driven, family friendly events. The goal is for local community members to participate in a fun, free event bringing neighbors and law enforcement together for a night of unity, safety, and connection! Free food sponsored by Applebees of Shirley. Child ID kits, a bounce house, police and EMS vehicle tours and more! There are free, fun activities for every member of the family!
