The William Floyd School District has once again partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to serve FREE breakfast and lunch to children aged 18 or under and their guests weekdays during the summer at the William Floyd High School cafeteria (south side of building), 240 Mastic Beach Road, Mastic Beach, NY, 11951.
Meals will be offered weekdays beginning on Monday, July 8 through Tuesday, August 20!
*Please note that during the week of July 15-19, the south parking lot will be repaved. As a result, during that week, residents can park in the east parking lot and walk to the south entrance. A security guard will be present to direct people to the south entrance.
- Breakfast will be served between 7:30 am and 10 am
- Lunch will be served between 11 am and 1 pm
Please click here for the summer food program breakfast and lunch menus in English and Spanish.
Please note that food must be consumed on site. The USDA has NOT issued a waiver for grab & go meals.
This summer's free meal program is going back to pre-pandemic operations, so congregate meal service (eating in the cafeteria) is required. NYS has NOT issued a waiver for "Grab & Go" meals, and, as a result, meals cannot be given out to take home for weekend consumption.
There is no cost to local residents. Children are not required to reside in the William Floyd School District. People over the age of 18 cannot participate in this program. Children must be supervised by an adult. If you need additional information, please contact Food Services at (631) 874-1678. Please note that identification may be required to enter the building.
