The William Floyd School District UPK program is still accepting applications for the 2020-21 UPK school year! Students attending this school year, whether in person or through distance learning, MUST be fully enrolled by the end of September. If we do not meet our enrollment numbers by that time, the state will not provide full funding and enrolling students after that date will not be possible. Please, do not wait and register today! Families can choose to keep their children home at any time, but the student must be registered to hold the spot.

UPK applications are available by clicking here. After completing the application, please email it to ddurkin@wfsd.k12.ny.us, fax it to 631-874-1637 or mail it to 111 Lexington Ave., Shirley, NY, 11967 with attention to: UPK.

If you have submitted an application that has been approved, but have not registered you must do so as soon as possible. Please send an email to centralregistration@wfsd.k12.ny.us with the subject line UPK REGISTRATION or call 631-874-1390. An appointment will be made for you to complete your child's registration. If you do not register completely you are in jeopardy of losing the slot.

Please note that all students must be four years old on or before, December 1, 2020 and live within the William Floyd School District to attend the UPK program.

If you have questions please, email the program coordinator at ddurkin@wfsd.k12.ny.us or leave a message at 631-874-1668.
