The William Floyd School District Physical Education Department is pleased to announce a Virtual Field Day for all elementary schools (grades K-5) on Friday, June 5 at 11 am!

The William Floyd School District physical education staff feels that Field Day is an important tradition for students and staff, and that this is a unique way to stay connected as a community and support one another during these challenging times.

All Field Day events are designed to be done either indoor or outdoor using common household items. The purchase of any new or specialized equipment is not required to participate.

The William Floyd physical education staff is hopeful that all families can participate and use it as a fun and meaningful way to be physically active together with our entire school community. 

The Virtual Field Day challenges will include the games: "Backboard Bank It," "Knock Down," "Spoon Relay," "Keep It Up," "Find FLOYD" and "Down and Back, the Balance Race!" Click here to download the Virtual Field Day activity list for directions on how to play and the necessary household items.
