What is my Canvas log-in?

  • Input your username, which is the same one that you use at school with @wfsd.k12.ny.us at the end of it.
  • Input your password, which is the same password that you use to sign into the computers at school.

Where do I find my classes?

  • All courses that you are enrolled in will be located on your DASHBOARD.
  • Click on any course to see course documents and assignments.

How come I can't see all of my classes on Canvas in my Dashboard?

  • Click on "Courses" in the gray navigation bar.
  • Selected "All Courses."
  • Select the Star in front of the name of each of your course.
  • The courses will now appear on your Dashboard.

What if one of my teachers uses Google Classroom? Do I still need to go to Canvas?
Canvas will have all high school courses. If a teacher is already using Google Classroom, teachers are able to put in an access point on Canvas to get to Google Classroom. If students are comfortable continuing to log into Google Classroom with any specific teacher, they may continue to do it that way.
