Facilities Use Requests

Welcome to the William Floyd School District facilities use page. You can now electronically submit requests for building use in the District. On this page you will find links to create an account for our online system, submit requests, instructional videos as well as an interactive facilities use calendar. 

PLEASE NOTE: Organizations may now submit facility use requests for interior and exterior facility use. The condition of the exterior fields are as is. Organizations may not move any equipment on any field and the District will not be adding any additional field markings.

Step 1 - Register for an Account

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon above. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video below will provide additional information.

Step 2 - Login and Reserve

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the icon above to access the Login screen, then enter your newly created credentials to make a reservation request for our facilities.  The video below will further explain the reservation process.
