The New York State mask mandate to have masks in schools is back in effect after an appellate division judge temporarily suspended or stayed, a previous decision ruling it unconstitutional due to the way it was instituted. As a result of this appellate court ruling, the mask mandate is back in effect for students and staff beginning on Wednesday, January 26.
