elementary students wearing purple shirts - spelling bee class winners

William Floyd Elementary School recently hosted its sixth “Forget Me Not” Spelling Bee and fundraiser, collecting $4,100 to benefit the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center in Bay Shore. The Resource Center focuses on seeking a cure, and providing care and support for families with loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s. The six-year total now exceeds $15,000.

Middle School and High School Summer School Transportation stops are now available. Students should be at their bus stop 40 minutes prior to the start of summer school (about 7:20 am) for the first week. Please note that this is for Summer School only; transportation is NOT available for the Middle School and High School Enrichment programs.
