Fine Arts

Welcome to the William Floyd Fine Arts Department homepage. All students are encouraged to express themselves creatively as their talents are discovered and nurtured. The opportunities made available to students in the Art, Music, Theater, and Dance programs are due to the hard work of a dedicated staff and the support of our community and district. The excellence achieved by students within the Fine Arts program is a testament of that support.

Members of the William Floyd Board of Education representing the entire Board, as well as all of our schools and community, spent this past weekend advocating at the National School Boards Association Advocacy Institute, held in Washington, D.C., a gathering of K-12 education leaders from across the nation who gather to advocate for their communities and to learn about the issues, policies and legislation that will most affect their districts.
