Welcome to the William Floyd Fine Arts Department homepage. All students are encouraged to express themselves creatively as their talents are discovered and nurtured. The opportunities made available to students in the Art, Music, Theater, and Dance programs are due to the hard work of a dedicated staff and the support of our community and district. The excellence achieved by students within the Fine Arts program is a testament of that support.

The William Floyd United Teachers (WFUT) recently hosted the second annual 1,000 coat giveaway, an event designed to help provide a little extra warmth during the colder months. This event, demonstrating the heart and soul of the William Floyd community coming together for a great cause, donated 1,000 coats, Thanksgiving meals, winter hats, gloves, toys, books, ornaments and more!

The William Floyd Fine Arts & Music departments are seeking nominations for educators and/or alumni who have made vast contributions to the fine arts and who have left a lasting legacy to generations of William Floyd students. Nominations are due by December 16!
