Welcome to the William Floyd School District Elementary Education Webpage. Our elementary schools consist of William Floyd Elementary, Tangier Smith Elementary, Nathaniel Woodhull Elementary, John S. Hobart Elementary, Moriches Elementary and William Floyd Learning Center. All of our elementary schools are committed to providing a high quality 21st Century education which enables students to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our elementary schools provide the foundation for students enabling them to be successful and college and career ready.

On Thursday, June 23, approximately 200 members of the William Floyd High School Class of 2022 participated in a “Walk Down Memory Lane,” an opportunity for the seniors decked out in their caps and gowns, to go back to where it all began for them at William Floyd – their former elementary schools.
