In the art room at William Floyd Elementary School hearts are inspired, minds are challenged and excellence is achieved. Through the exploration of different artists' techniques and styles, students are encouraged to be creative and to share their passion for Art.
ART encourages individual expression and creative problem solving -as well as introducing tools, skills, and techniques students may use throughout their lives. Young artists at WFE learn about the elements and principles of design as they create with drawing, painting, sculpture, collage , weaving and printmaking.
