This summer, the William Floyd Music Department will be hosting a Music Enrichment Program which will allow students to continue their musical development beyond the school year. Students will learn and practice their skills in a small, relaxed setting. (Registration flier: Summer Music Enrichment Program 2019)
The Summer Music Enrichment Program offers participation in the following categories:
Junior – Students who have completed grades 4, 5, or 6, and are in band, orchestra, and/or chorus during the school year.
Senior – Students who have completed grades 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11 and are in band, orchestra, and/or chorus during the school year.
Options include Chorus, Band, Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble (Senior Group Only) and Guitar, Piano and Music Theory (7th-12th Grade).
The student’s enrichment choice should be based on their performing group during the 2018‐19 school year. Single Performers will attend their performance group and scheduled for lessons with assigned practice time. Double performers will have the opportunity to participate in both performance groups daily with pull‐out lessons and practice time.
There is no additional cost for students participating in multiple groups (double performers).

All groups will meet for four hours per day for 10 days for two consecutive weeks: Monday, July 8, 2019 – Friday, July 12, 2019 and Monday, July 15, 2019 – Friday, July 20, 2019.
Times: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Location: William Floyd High School Music Suites
One registration form per student.
Cost: Resident: $125. Non‐Resident $175.

Camps are self-sustaining and will only take place if there are enough participants.
